RULES OF THIS RP
1)All things said and done are assumed to be in character unless there is an [OOC] announcement. Out of Character announcements are to remain respectful of one another.
2)No Player Characters are Gods or God-Like, assume that all of you are had an equal amount of Stat Points to distribute
3)Never assume actions when it comes to other player characters, the other party will let you know whether or not your action is valid. If player parties cannot agree on what is reasonable, the story teller and Mod will determine what happens in the action. E.G. Character 1 makes a fist and swings it violently at character 2...at this point character 2 has the opportunity to let it connect or post something in defense of himself, counterattacks accepted...if the fight lasts too long in a stalemate unnecessarily, the story teller will determine what happens
4)No whining-bad things do and will happen, so do good
5)Post promptly and with meaning and do not go out of turn. If it is someone elses turn and for whatever reason they are unable to post, Storyteller will assume their actions
6) Do not assume anything, inquire, question, and try, but do not assume that anything works ever. E.g.-Character 1 hacks into the mainframe and stops the satellite from deploying...its proper form is...Character 1 attempts to hack into the mainframe so they can stop the satellite from deploying
7)Do not metagame! It is preferable if your posts contain your characters secrets and goals, it is NOT preferable if for no apparent reason another character distrusts, dislikes, or discourages you without knowledge of that secret or goal. E.g. Character 1 finds Character 2 attractive and would like to take them out on a date, Character 2 should not assume that they know this attraction
8)Ask the storyteller anything that pertains to the story or your character or the surroundings. IC or OOC they will respond to your question as best as possible
9) Have fun!

"Ladies and Gentlemen this is your Captain speaking. We are en route to Corashevra in the seventeenth system as we speak. Do not mind the bumps in the road, we still have a LONG way to go. Sleep peacefully because three lifetimes will be coming quickly."
You wake up from a deep slumber, the last thing you can remember was boarding a gigantic vessel in hopes to reach Corashevra, a 300 year long journey, you paid a lot of money to go to the paradise planet and it seems so did a lot of other people. The air tastes faintly metallic, your eyes can't seem to adjust, you turn to the right and look into the mirror that the craft has provided for you for an additional seven-hundred credits, oh yeah...thats right...you're...
Human- Advantages- Adaptable Disadvantages- Needs oxygen to breathe, short life span Characteristics- Its a human, how much do you really need to know? Best suited for- Anything Appearance- Human, whatever race, creed, color, or sex
Cyborg- Advantages- No longer needs oxygen, reinforced limbs, strong, lives as long as its equipment does Disadvantages- Needs a recharge station, slow, lacks critical thinking Characteristics- It is assumed that all cyborgs are human, they have been reinforced with metal to better preserve them in the harsh conditions of space, this has left their mind somewhat lacking Best suited for- External engineering, battle Appearance- Human with robotic engineering, whatever race, creed, color, or sex. All cyborgs are manufactured the same way, no specialty in limbs or senses outside of upgrades, all cyborgs start basic.
Spirit- Advantages- Able to phase through solid objects, very quick, does not need oxygen, immortal Disadvantages- Physically weak, burns in any kind of non-artificial light Characteristics- Spirits are an alien race that was occupying Earth secretly, spending most of their time migrating between underground civilizations or above ground haunting grounds they finally revealed themselves in 2134, just before mankind could take advantage of all that space Best suited for- Reconnaissance, rogue-like actions Appearance- Spirits are practically two dimensional, they are like shadows that wander and move. Always black with various colored eyes, they have distinguishing characteristics but only in the right light, and the right light hurts.
Grey- Advantages- No need for oxygen, extremely intelligent, able to communicate with machines, immortal Disadvantages- Physically weak, not able to communicate verbally, insatiable curiosity Characteristics- The greys are your stereo-typical run of the mill green or grey alien with the almost heads and large eyes. They revealed themselves to humans shortly after the spirits whom they share an uneasy alliance with. They showed the humans how to travel through space. Best Suited for- Scientific research, engineering, Psychic Appearance- Androgynous, Grey or Green, Large Almond Heads with small mouths
Deserted- Advantages- Able to change molecular structure accomplishing energy transfer Disadvantages- Diseased, dying slowly and the more they use their powers the faster death cometh Characteristics-The Deserted were a select group of races and beings that were experimented on by the government for use in war. Unfortunately these experiments changed the appearance of these beings into something quite exotic. Although they have the ability to manipulate matter to create fire, electricity, and water as well as move air through propulsion the use of these abilities eats them from the inside. Appearance- The Deserted are generally unattractive mutants, covered in boils or tumors, and almost always exhibiting a physical deformity such as a hunch or club foot they keep themselves covered up. Sometimes in shame and other times for intimidation. Their skin ranges from bumpy, to scaly, to sometimes a greasy type of fur.
Egyptian- Advantages- Can focus their energy, develop strong societies and relationships, physically resistant epidermis, immortal Disadvantages- Need oxygen, Extremely fundamental in their beliefs and religion will not deter, will not wear any armor nor use any energy weapon Characteristics- Egyptians are an animal-hybrid race of people that have human-like lower bodies with an animal head. They are the beings that brought ancient human civilizations current technologies and polytheistic religions. They are able to project their light force energies out to heal and energize if they represent their God Ra, if they represent Set they are able to steal other peoples energies and life forces. Appearance- Animal-Hybrid, lower body human-like, Head animal like, examples-Jackals, Eagles, Cats, etc... Usually dress in robes, light cloth, or topless with loin cloths, always are adorned in an Ankh.
Yeah...thats right...you were on a ship headed to Corashevra...why does it seem like you're not moving? Why does the air taste of metal? And is that fire in the corner? Why yes...yes it is, and what was your name...yeah...thats right, but who they hell are all these people?
You step out of your chambers and see carnage. Debris scattered throughout these resting chambers, fires scattered throughout the room, smoke being vented through a fan in the ceiling, it looks like there are some dead bodies, it lookes like some of the stasis chambers have been compromised. Whats more is it looks like there are more beings than just you dazedly looking around, everyone seems confused, but wait, is that a ship guard laying dead on the ground? You see his badge, yes, a human lay dead in the middle of the room, blood seeping from a wound in his head. You remember that all guards had guns...someone in here has a gun...

Name- Nenet Race- Egyptian Sex- Female Physical appearance- The appearance of Nenet is exactly like all other Egyptians. Half animal and half human. Her head is the head of a cheetah, and her body is lean like one as well. Legs which seem to stretch for miles would gracefully bring Nenet anywhere she pleases in no time at all. She wears a long soft lavender robe which drapes left and right covering much of her body except for a single slit on the side. The robe is a partial sleeve and drapes like a long scarf over her head, neck and shoulder. The ankh is attached to a solid silver bracelet which places the ankh in the center of the back of her right palm. Brief History- Like Cheetah's and some humans, Nenet enjoyed being alone and working alone. She grew up in an average home a father who was rarely there and an mother who had other children to worry about left Nenet to her own devices. Highly intellectual Nenet would use this time away from family as time to experiment with what ever Egyptian is able to do, play with the power of life energies. Her family highly religious left her to first dwell within the Ra spectrum but soon found that attempting to work with Set power seemed harder but more rewarding when done right. Nenet is at a part in her life which she cannot decide between her fellowship to the God Ra or the Set. She is travelling to the high preistess Nefaraheti near Corasheva.
